Organic salty biscuits - Tomato, olive & rosemary cantuccini

Originally this sweet Italian family recipe adorned the table of our Christmas meals. 
But we loved it so much that turning it into a savory recipe seemed logical to us. 
These flavors are comforting, reminiscent of the Mediterranean: Kalamata olive, tomato and rosemary. 
Its texture is very crunchy and it can be spread or dipped thanks to its small toast shape.
