Hello. My name is Andrea. Mother of three children, I live in the French countryside and work in my workshop next door. My passion is pottery and art. Whether it's turning on a lathe, building by hand, or painting on canvas, I take pride and put love into everything I do.
I find both of these activities to be therapeutic and mindful and I pride myself on striving to provide good service to all my clients.
I create all my pottery using clay that is as local as possible. Once completely dried, it is fired in my electric kiln at 950 degrees Celsius. It is then glazed using glazes made by myself. I like to add natural ingredients found in my garden that create a connection with the nature around us. Once glazed, they are fired at 1250 degrees Celsius, making them safe for food, drinks, dishwashers and microwaves.
Each piece is slightly different and therefore unique. Thank you for considering my items for your home or as gifts. I am open to wholesale orders and commissions upon request.
