For us, it's a family story: Mother-in-law & daughter-in-law join forces to imagine and create unique, fun, sexy & poetic products 🎨🌷🌈
Laurence, the mother-in-law, is the founder of the brand. Initially, she created the YUZU concept store in Cholet, between Nantes and Angers. A warm cocoon filled with pretty things and 1000 gift and decoration ideas inspired by her travels and her favorites. With her experience as a trader and having always been passionate about creations of all kinds, she wanted to imagine her own products, so it was in 2019 that Atelier Yuzu was born!
Loréline, the daughter-in-law, is the illustrator of Atelier Yuzu. After 5 years as a freelance illustrator under the name LorélineB. where she developed her range of feminine & punchy stationery, she joined Laurence in the Atelier Yuzu adventure. She creates and illustrates each product with great care and love and takes great care to make each creation a unique bubble of joy and positivity.
We work together in a family business spirit, with as many local players as possible and raw and responsible raw materials. For example, our printer is a small Nantes company and each product is published or manufactured as needed. No overstorage, no loss of material!
