Located in Genay, just outside Lyon, Aurélien Plassard Chocolatier is an artisanal chocolate shop founded by Aurélien Plassard, a passionate chocolate maker who trained in prestigious Lyonnais chocolate houses.
Our special feature: Bean-to-Bar. We work chocolate from bean to bar, with slow maturation that reveals all the aromatic subtleties of the original cocoas.
Each creation is handmade in small batches, with French, regional and seasonal ingredients, to offer an authentic, refined chocolate that respects the terroir.
Our collection is aimed at both discerning and curious chocolate lovers: original chocolate bars, gourmet creations, gift sets, baking aids, and more.
