Organic good-looking face cream with donkey milk

We like: ✽ its 30% RAW donkey milk, a real skin tonic ✽ its carrot macerate rich in beta-carotene, vitamin A which help the skin to have a tanned complexion and antioxidants to maintain suppleness and prevent skin aging ✽ its apricot kernel oil which provides carotenoids for an illuminating effect. It is also nourishing and emollient. ✽its red clay rich in iron oxide, it restores luminosity to tired complexions ✽ Its sweet apricot scent from a natural aromatic extract that will make you smile in the morning ● Its melting texture ● Its packaging (+ info in the paragraph on ethics). However, it will require a lot of pressure on the pump to prime it. This is completely normal and part of the cream's protection system. What are the other ingredients used for? The water is used to have an "aqueous phase" which can be heated to create the emulsion (which means that the milk does not need to be heated). Olivem 1000 is an emulsifier derived from olives that allows oils and aqueous phases to bind together. Cosgard is a synthetic preservative (which has no natural equivalent, which is why it is accepted in organic cosmetics) that prevents mold and bacterial growth. Grapefruit seed extract is a natural preservative that protects the aqueous phase. Natural vitamin E is a natural preservative that protects oils from going rancid. ✧But this cream is also ethical ✧ ◆ Labeled organic by Nouvelle Cosmetique, a label that advocates "intelligent", "reasonable" and "humane" cosmetics ◆ The oils used are virgin or extra virgin (which means undeodorized, unrefined, obtained by cold pressing and therefore without contact with chemicals) ◆ The carrot macerate is made by us ◆ The sunflower oil in the macerate is purchased from a local producer ◆ The carrots are purchased from a local grocery store in the local producers section ◆ The red clay is purchased from a French quarry and is dried naturally ◆ The donkey milk comes exclusively from our farm and is used raw. The cream is therefore made at the end of the day, after the last milking and without heat treatment to keep all the properties of the milk. ◆The "airless" bottle includes a jar that does not let air in when you take cream. This limits the risks of product contamination and has allowed us to use raw milk without adding more preservatives and to give it a PAO (Expiry After Opening) of 12 months. Opaque, it protects the cream from UV rays to ensure better preservation of the benefits of the different ingredients. ◆The illustration on the label was created by a local illustrator and graphic designer who was fairly compensated for her time. It is part of a series of illustrations that aims to be inclusive and closer to our customers than the beauty criteria usually advocated. ◆Because we want to limit our environmental impact, the label is made from cane fiber waste.
