Our salad is the reinterpretation of a delicate, simple and genuine family recipe. The cabbage coming exclusively from certified organic farming is processed and seasoned with capers which give it a more decisive flavour. It lends itself particularly well to being consumed as an appetizer and side dish or to stuff tasty sandwiches.
