Grilled courgettes HO.RE.CA

Zucchini preserved in oil are the preserve par excellence of the gastronomic tradition of southern Italy. Cut into slices and grilled, they are preserved in sunflower oil to keep the strong taste and texture of the vegetable unaltered. Our courgettes are excellent as a side dish for meats and cheeses or as an appetizer and as the main ingredient for a gourmet sandwich.
