Shilajit (Asphaltum) is a natural mineral substance sourced from the Himalayan mountains. The subject of much scientific enquiry, it has been found to contain high levels of the anti-inflammatory antioxidant, Fulvic acid, which benefits cognitive health, along with 84 minerals including Iron.
