 Kanchanara (orchid tree) is the name of a tree that, according to Ayurvedic literature, has impressive and beneficial properties for women. 

Kanchanara has a relaxing Pitta and Kapha lowering effect on the doshas (constitution) of a person.

 Guggul is one of the oldest and most famous herbs in Ayurvedic herbalism. 

It is a deciduous shrub or tree in the Burseraceae family. 

The tree produces guggul, a balsam resin, which is used for medicinal purposes, among other things. 

The resin is related to myrrh and is the raw material for a series of Ayurvedic herbal preparations called Gugguls. 

Within Ayurveda, the guggul resin with its bitter, pungent, sweet and sour taste is used to restore balance between the three doshas.
