Organic Tuscan Pasta at zero km. Our pasta is ARTISAN, not industrial, it is made exclusively with our company's wheat, all DETAILEDLY TRACED, bronze drawn, slow drying, low temperature (35°). Our company produces excellent, short-chain ORGANIC Tuscan artisanal pasta, we process only and exclusively our own wheat. We have chosen to produce organically, without the use of synthetic chemicals in every phase of wheat cultivation, through conservation and transformation.
