The Ciabot del Cua farm was founded in 2020 by Anna and Luca, and is located in the center of the Piedmontese Langa where the cultivation of the IGP Piedmont Hazelnut of the Langhe is the master.
The cultivation and transformation processes are carried out with care and passion, in the field the grass is not eliminated with herbicides but rather with mechanical and electrical equipment, the suckering by hand with the help of small hoes or with electric scissors.
In the laboratory (born between 2021 and 2024) we do not use lactose or gluten, so as to avoid further allergens.
