Ancient Red Corn Flour

Rosso Antico is the product we are most fond of, the one that has given us the most satisfaction. It is an exceptional cornmeal derived from a secret selection of ancient corn. Its taste and scent are truly unique: a perfect combination. It can be used to accompany important courses but also as a stand-alone dish. It is ground to medium granulometry and offered in a wholemeal version.
