Terre Di Conventazzo 2015- Red Wine

Sicilian Lands Typical Geographical Indication Nero d'Avola 2015 Wine resulting from the ancient winemaking tradition of Nero d'Avola, handed down through generations: moderate contact of the grapes with the fermenting must (about 36 hours in a concrete tank), followed by soft pressing with a manual screw press, a process which guarantees respect for original scents, flavors and aromas. Wine produced in 2015, aged for 3 years in 70 hl exhausted oak barrels, not subjected to any treatment before bottling.   Any residues are due to this natural process.   The aroma and flavor are reminiscent of those of the freshly harvested bunch of ripe Nero d'Avola grapes.
