Terre Di Conventazzo 2018 - Red Wine

Sicily Controlled Designation of Origin Nero d'Avola 2018 Reserve Wine resulting from the ancient winemaking tradition of Nero d'Avola, handed down through generations: moderate contact of the grapes with the fermenting must (about 36 hours in a concrete tank), followed by soft pressing with a manual screw press, a process which guarantees respect for original scents, flavors and aromas. Wine produced in 2018, matured in exhausted 70 hl oak barrels for over 3 years, not subjected to any treatment before bottling.   Any residues are due to this natural process.   The aroma and flavor are reminiscent of those of the freshly harvested bunch of ripe Nero d'Avola grapes.
