I'm Tristan Nicolas and I spent 15 years on my skateboard and behind the stoves of gourmet restaurants and organic bakeries around the world.
During a stay on Reunion Island, I was left hungry by tasting the energy bars of a trail runner friend. This is how my first creation was born: the Banana Citrus bar, inspired by Reunionese cuisine.
Return to Marseille in 2019 and baAM!… the Marseille Artisanal Athletic bar is born: a gastronomic, local, sustainable and 100% natural alternative to the nutrition bars on the market. All in compostable plant-based packaging.
And because the adventure is more beautiful together, Florent, ultra-trail runner and former trader, joined me in 2022. Together we bring to life a company with a mission (Pacte law 2019) which aims to delight you and transform sports nutrition to make it gastronomic and sustainable.
It is under the Marseille sun that we select the best ingredients for you, shape them by hand and distribute them by bike!
