These hammered brass woks are traditional South East Asian kitchen utensils and are handcrafted. They are to be used for simmering cooking for gas only. We do not recommend frying as they do not have a non-stick coating. They are also perfect for presentation dishes, fruit baskets, individual soup bowls...
