The mixture of the three hops used in this artisanal IPA beer gives it its taste and smell of fruit, as well as its slight bitterness. Historically, Indian Pale Ale was a beer taken on English ships that left for India, hops were added to the barrels to better preserve it. This technique, now called "Dry Hopping", has remained and gives this beer its unique aromatic profile by bringing out all the fruit flavors of the hops used.
