Geneviève and Olivier, owners of Le Balcon en forêt, we are above all lovers of our territory and passionate about authentic taste and naturalness.
Geneviève, agro engineer, daughter of an artisan in the food trades, likes to manufacture and take on new challenges. Olivier, doctor in geology, passionate about oenology, knows our territory and its resources perfectly.
Since 2019, we have been producing several ranges from natural ingredients from our production or our wild pickings on the territory of the Natural Park:
- Wine-based aperitifs made by maceration,
- Candied flower petals and wild plants, jams and jellies,
- Condiments and chutneys,
