One spring day, Coyote and Renard were out for a walk. Winter had recently ended and the sun was shining very brightly. After leaning against a large round stone to rest, Coyote abandoned his coat which cluttered him and kept him too warm and gave it to the stone to thank her for letting him rest on her. Despite Fox's warning that this stone is magical, Coyote shrugged and confirmed that he no longer needed it.
