Organic Apricot Confibam

Confibam Apricot is unique! Its composition reflects our commitments: 70% apricots, unrefined sugar to preserve all the nutrients of sugar cane, lemon, chia seeds... and that's it! Why do we use chia seeds in our recipes? To replace pectin: an additive (E440) present in most jams. Indeed, the chia seed is a superfood with natural gelling power. It melts in the Confibam and gives it a real jam texture, minus the additives!
