Baouw is a brand born in 2017 on the shores of Lake Annecy. Originally, an agri-food expert, a 2-star Michelin chef, and a nutritionist came together to compose recipes for organic energy bars and purées, both fruity and salty. Baouw respects the environment and the health of its consumers by offering bars made in France, with no added sugar (just natural fruit sugar), vegan and gluten-free, to be consumed as a healthy snack or during a sports outing.
