Sunflower Heart (Kernel) Seeds are highly preferred by many species of wild bird than any other seed! Containing up to 55% oil they are a high energy and calorific food source for our garden birds all year round - as well as being no mess for a tidy garden! Our sunflower hearts are outstanding bakery grade quality and are dehulled black sunflower seeds, meaning they can be eaten by soft bill birds such as blackbirds, thrushes, robins and wrens that would not be able to crack open the husk of a black sunflower seed.
