Cooking olive oil - origin France. Our cooking olive oil is made from a blend of 50% extra virgin olive oil and 50% olive pomace oil. Our olive pomace oil was obtained through a second hot mechanical extraction. HAS At the end of the first cold extraction process of olive oil, not all of the oil contained in the olive is extracted. This second extraction process thus makes it possible to recover the oil still contained in the olive paste. Once extracted, our oil is filtered and then blended with extra virgin olive oil, giving rise to our cooking olive oil. It has very good heat resistance and has retained its many health benefits.
