Coral card

A rosé marked by the “grain” of the cabernet “size” juices (2nd pressing) and moderated by the Grolleau grape variety. Great distinction. Very high digestibility. Crémant de Loire, recognized AOC in 1975, is the worthy Loire heir of Champagne to which it owes its existence. Faced with growing demand for fine sparkling wines, the great houses of Reims and Epernay set up subsidiaries in the Loire Valley at the start of the 19th century. They had noted similar conditions for making sparkling wines.
