Founded in 1970 – under the name “Midland Cosmetic Sales” – by David Slater and Monica Simmons, Baylis & Harding is an English brand of bath products and cosmetics. Now run by the children of the founders, Adrian Slater and Tania Fossey, it offers bath products, body care, a range for children and scented products for the home, at affordable prices.
At the origin of this family and independent company, established in Redditch in Worcestershire, a story of hard work, passion and determination, founded on strong values. From its rather modest beginnings, Baylis & Harding has offered good value for money, and the same commitment to its customers. Through hard work, Adrian Slater and Tania Fossey have shaped it into a truly successful brand, both in the UK and internationally – it is present in over 50 countries. The brand owes its name to them, formed with the surnames of their grandmothers, both dedicated cooks and housewives. A way for Adrian Slater and Tania Fossey to pay tribute to these women who took great care of them when they were children, and to remain faithful to their roots within the company.
Designed, developed and manufactured by Baylis & Harding with respect for the environment, cosmetic products are not tested on animals. Brand suppliers are also required to comply with this policy.
