Brice Parlant, co-founder of BB Kombucha • I discovered kombucha in sunny Santa Barbara, California, more than 10 years ago, where I was following a course to become a Chef. Epicurean, passionate about taste associations, travel and the discovery of cultures, I quickly fell in love with this drink. Kombucha offers endless possibilities when it comes to tastes and flavors: no two kombuchas are alike. At the brewery as well as behind the stoves, the playing field is immense and we love to reinvent ourselves. This organic non-alcoholic drink, 100% natural and low in sugar, is becoming more widely known in France: it became my challenge when I returned to set up BB in Vailhauquès, near Montpellier, where I grew up.
