Fermented drink made from ginger, without alcohol. Unlike kombucha, it is not tea that is fermented but rather fresh ginger (no flavors or infusions here, only the real ginger beer recipe)! It is our experience in fermentation that pushed us to develop this recipe which has today become one of our essential recipes 🔥 To be enjoyed as is or to mix in your cocktails! •33 cL ⚡️ box of 12 bottles per reference • Not very sweet (4 g/100 mL, or 2 to 3 times less than a juice or soda) • Alcohol-free • Brewed and bottled in Vailhauquès, near Montpellier 🇫🇷 • Biological • Gluten free • Vegan • Natural 🌿 No flavors or colorings! • Storage at room temperature (ideally 10°C) - Best before 24 months
