
Organic sparkling drink made from fermented tea flavored with ginger, lemon and bergamot. Brewed by hand in the 34 (Vailhauquès). It is pasteurized and therefore has a longer shelf life and can be stored in a dry place (no clutter in the fridge!). We wanted to make a revisited version of the Virgin Moscow Mule with a kombucha flavored with fresh ginger juice pressed at the brewery which brings spicy, full-bodied and lemony notes from the lemon juice and bergamot juice for a little complexity and floral notes. •33 cL ⚡️ box of 12 bottles per reference • Not very sweet (4 g/100 mL, or 2 to 3 times less than a juice or soda) • Alcohol-free • Brewed and bottled in Vailhauquès, near Montpellier 🇫🇷 • Biological • Gluten free • Vegan • Natural 🌿 No flavors or colorings! • Storage at room temperature (ideally 10°C) - Best before 24 months
