Tear along the top of the bag to reveal the strips. Take an edge, pull the soft strip from the plastic wrap, facing the gel side on the tooth surface. For best results, make sure your teeth are dry before applying the tape. Press gently and adjust the strip with your finger to fix on the teeth. Fold the rest of the tape behind the teeth to hold it in place. Wear the whitening strips in your mouth for 30 minutes. Remove and discard the used tape. Clean any remaining gel residue by brushing your teeth.
