We are a family business with great respect for heritage beer methods, passionate about the creativity of producing high quality beer with respect for the environment.
We offer a wide range of beers of taste and meaning, vegan, unfiltered. The brewery focuses on beers that we enjoy drinking and drinking again; The results of recipes that we have refined to perfection over time, in the search for balance and aromatic finesse.
The essential IPA, Pilsner, Stout, Saison, illustrate the independent European culture of our company. A range of beers available all year round as well as an “ephemeral” range which evolves with the seasons.
Located in the sleepy villages of Puivert and Chalabre, in Occitanie. A corner that time is only beginning to rediscover. A blend of exceptional natural beauty, local business and culinary delights infuses the local culture's ingrained family values. We added to this existing wealth our enthusiasm for good beer.
We design our own packaging, to ensure maximum visual impact. They are easily translatable into other languages. We collaborate with emerging artists to add value to their work.
Customer service is essential. We are proud to still work with many customers from our early brewing days. We have strict quality control procedures and provide POS materials and team tastings.
We distribute our beers in France. Our thriving Taproom-Bar in the remote village of Puivert, where a full range is available all year round as well as interesting food pairings from our wood-fired kitchen.
