XXL Manuka honey 600g with MGO 500+ storage jar The Manuka honey is obtained from the South Sea myrtle (also: Manuka) and only grows in New Zealand. As with any other honey, the bees collect the nectar of the Manuka flowers and produce honey from it. The special thing about Manuka honey is the MGO content, which can vary in each honey. Our honey is certified with an MGO of 500+. Each glass consists of a sustainable glass and label. Can be used internally and externally. Tip: Also as skin care or skin type. Taste & quality: The taste and consistency are among the factors that determine how high-quality a Manuka honey is. What does MGO mean? MGO stands for methylglyoxal and is contained in high quantities in Manuka honey. This substance is created during the ripening process of Manuka honey. The nectar of the Manuka plant contains dihydroxyacetone, which is converted into methylglyoxal (MGO) when the honey ripens. To this day it is not known why this substance is only found in the nectar of the Manuka plant. Each individual Manuka honey can be traced back to the beekeeper based on its MGO. Our Manuka honey is certified and tested with an MGO of 500+ and is our premium product from New Zealand. Manuka honey with a content of less than 500 MGO has the same effect as normal flower honey. We meticulously analyze Manuka honey. Store the honey in a cool, dry place. Do not store in the refrigerator or in direct sunlight. Our Manuka honey is characterized by a genuine MGO content of over 500+ and not by long-term storage, but by pure quality. Not suitable for use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to Manuka honey and bee products. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. A healthy diet is very important!
