Discover our duo of rice and split peas, a delicious and healthy mixture, with flavors of Louisiana. 
Inspired by a famous New Orleans recipe, our Jambalaya-style rice combines the softness of rice with the crunch of split peas and the character of smoked paprika.
 Our Jambalaya-style rice and split pea duo is ideal with some red beans and a coconut milk sauce! -Organic and 100% natural ingredients - French split peas - Vegan - Made in our workshop in Saint-Marcel-lès-Valence (26) - Practical! 
3 steps are enough: measure, add water, cover and it's ready. -Ready in 17 minutes - 250g = 4 people - 3 easy steps 1 volume of preparation + 2 volumes of water.    For 250g: 600 ml of water Sauté the mixture with oil over high heat for 1 minute.    Add the water at room temperature and mix.    Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring regularly.       Ingredients: Round rice* (80%), split peas* (11%), tomatoes*, peppers* (2%), smoked paprika* (0.95%), thyme*, parsley*, garlic*, onion*, oregano*, cayenne pepper* (0.06%).  * Ingredients from organic farming.    Allergens: possible traces of soy, cereals containing gluten, mustard seeds and sesame seeds.
