At BEERSCUIT we recycle spent grains, cereals from brewing beer, to make delicious biscuits. Something to treat yourself to as an aperitif!
Our biscuits are artisanal, locavore, gourmet, and part of the circular economy.
Each year, more than 700,000 tonnes of Drêche (cereals resulting from brewing) are produced in France. Our mission ? Giving new life to these cereals to be able to create aperitif biscuits with low environmental impact and high user-friendly value.
