Bella Mia Gourmet

Bella mia aims to rediscover ancient flavours, we make preserves by strictly respecting the recipes handed down by grandmothers.  
Typical Sicilian recipes created when the world was not globalised, respecting the seasonality and ingredients of the time. 
Specifically, our pestos and pâtés are all made with extra virgin olive oil of our own production, our jams and marmalades are without the addition of artificial pectin, but made with the juice of Siracusa PGI lemons as a thickener, just like it used to be.  
Bella Mia is not just two words, it is a way of looking at life, of living it, of enjoying it.                                        It's an exclamation but also a hand placed on the face.                                        My beauty is carrying this essence inside, made of earth, perfumes, flavours.                                        It's history today.                                        In a timeless space we sit and listen to memories made of what is essential: simplicity, patience, family warmth.                                        Bella mia is not only a wonderful land, Sicily, but it is also the genuineness of our preserves, of our products, it is the ancient pleasure of a process that leaves time aside to give you traces of beauty.
