Ideal for seasoning pasta, it represents the Sicilian variant of Genoese pesto.   It can also be used to season second courses or on pizza on a bed of mozzarella.   Ingredients: Fresh basil, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, dried tomato.
