This unique oli is made with just two ingredients, world renowned Sicilian mandarins, known for their vibrant citrus flavour, and freshly picked olives, all grown in the mineral rich volcanic soil on the sunny slopes of Mount Etna. Within hours of being picked, both ingredients go through the cold extraction process and the end result is a 100% naturally flavoured extra virgin olive oil. The intensely citrus smell of this oil alone is enough to transport you to a Mediterranean Summer. We love it with grilled or raw seafood and Mediterranean inspired salads.
