Belle Gnôle is the adventure of two childhood friends: Matthieu, 4th
generation of a winegrowing family and Tim who discovered spirits
working behind the counter of a cocktail bar.
In 2018, to understand how spirits move from our terroir to
our glasses, they go on a European tour of the distilleries. They discover
the wealth of distillation know-how and the range of possibilities
offered by the French terroir for the creation of spirits.
This is the birth of Belle Gnôle. They then associate with their
favorite distilleries to create this totally offbeat range
brandies and liqueurs that will amaze you with their originality
and that their finesse.
