A rare and subtle MALT-ernative A grain eau-de-vie from Hauts-de-France (malted barley, oats, rye) having benefited from a triple distillation. During the third distillation, juniper berries are infused into the still A 100% grain brandy to discover for all whiskey-lovers This juniper differs from traditional junipers by a greater proportion of oats, a fattier cereal which gives it its roundness and its pastry notes. It is then aged in oak barrels (3000 to 4000L barrels) using the solera technique.
