Jose Pariente

The grapes come from vineyards over 30 years old, located on a high altitude plain near the Duero River and planted on pebble soil. It is a soil very poor in organic matter, which is exposed to a continental climate. The harvest is carried out at night, to take advantage of the low temperatures which help preserve the aroma of the grapes. A fruity wine, with remarkable aromatic persistence.
