Mini blinis - 16 pieces

They are the ideal “servants” of caviar, salmon roe and tarama.   Our blinis are easily reheated in the microwave between two soup plates to keep them soft.   These mini blinis fell in love with crème fraîche! 
Change of recipe for an even more tender and moist result.
