Caught off the coast of Alaska at the start of each summer, our wild salmon eggs come from the only variety of Chum/Keta salmon (2 names for the same wild salmon), in its best quality: first grade. These are the most famous salmon roe, particularly in Japanese cuisine, for their finesse and refinement. These salmon eggs are packaged in 50g glass jars, then pasteurized to give them a longer shelf life.
