Churned the old-fashioned way in a very artisanal way, all our taramas are exclusively made with whole bags of lightly smoked Icelandic cod roe.   Yuzu tarama without coloring Incredible, subtle and elegant aromas, a blend of grapefruit and clementine for this Japanese Yuzu juice that we delicately assemble on our raw taramasalata base, always without coloring.   The result is astounding in its balance and harmony, enough to make you addicted!   And to get all the flavors, taste this tarama on our cocktail blinis.
