Pheasant

Multi-coloured spraypaint stencil of a pheasant. These prints come signed, titled, in a small edition. Each layer of colour is sprayed through a hand-cut stencil to slowly build up the layers ad depth. Quintessential country game bird, and a bird found all over the world. This pleasant pheasant is a colourful homage to our instantly recognisable rural avian friends. The pheasants plumage is an impressive display, captured here in bright layers of spray paint. An urban nod to the country, whether in Scotland or elsewhere. All prints are completed on A3 (approx. 30cm x 42cm) 250gsm card using fade resistant paints. They are all manually hand stencilled, embossed and come backed on cardboard and sealed in a biodegradable slip.
