It’s a formal shirt from which I wanted to remove that somewhat formal side that dress shirts often have. This is why, instead of taking the usual French collar, I opted for the American collar which is much more flexible: whether you wear it open or closed, with or without a tie, it always looks chic. So the Célestine shirt can be worn however you want, at the office or on the weekend. I cut this Célestine shirt from a superb and luxurious fabric, a blend of cotton and linen. It was woven in seersucker, which will protect us from the summer heat. The bluish-gray stripes are not very pronounced, on the contrary, they blend into each other so that the pattern is very soft. Everything is there to make this shirt a beautiful, subtly original piece.
