The Nerro collection was created from the combination of hornbeam wood (Carpinus betulus) and the special manufacturing process. In collaboration with French design studio La Racine, Bérard created our Nerro collection with designs that showcase tight curves and comfortable handling. These thin and light cutting boards allow for excellent table service and easy cleaning. Known for its strength and durability, hornbeam wood has been used to make butcher blocks for centuries. Our innovative manufacturing process for hornbeam wood gives cutting boards remarkable water resistance and ensures that the wood is hygienically sealed.
