CANDIED RED PEPPER FROM MADAGASCAR - 35g EXOTIC

Red Pepper (Candied) It cannot be consumed like an ordinary jam, at least not for sensitive palates.  After a nose and a grenadine and tapioca texture, which arouse surprise, a sharp heat gradually rises, but very bearable for experienced pepper eaters, which brings the flavor of a thousand flowers, then of ripe pepper, into the towers.  Nothing surprising with the Habanero pepper, as generous in aromas as in strength.  This Bernadette pepper confit from Lavernette received the international prize of excellence at the Salon du Chocolat in 2010.  You will preferably use this little bomb as a condiment to accompany Asian dishes, such as Peking duck, shrimp fritters or crispy pork ribs.  But nothing stops you from combining it with another Bernadette de Lavernette jam, like Pok Pok for example, or mango passion fruit, for a breathtaking result!
