LIME MARMALADE - 35g - EXOTIC

LIME MARMALADE The fragrant acidity of lemon from the Boeny region, in the northwest of the Big Island, is already expressed on a powerful nose, evoking scents of slightly wild bark.  The first bite confirms this first impression, this time with some peppery notes.  Very quickly, the finely dosed sugar calms things down and the acidity fully unfolds the aroma of lime, like when you inhale the scent of freshly cut zest.  The sensations end up fading, leaving a beautiful spicy and woody length.             Mixed with Bernadette de Lavernette Red Pepper jam, this delicious marmalade will offer an original taste setting for seafood.  Lime lovers will enjoy it as is!
