Exotic Marmalade - Wild MANDARIN WITH RUM - 120G - (JAMS)

This is a marmalade full of sunshine!   Its typical scent, first noticeable when opening the jar, is clearly revealed as soon as it has inhaled, like when you pinch the skin of the citrus fruit to release the juice!  It's sparkling!  On the palate, the mandarin from Vatovavy-Fitovinany, in the South East of Madagascar, displays all its charms, which the rum has sublimated, without imposing itself. This marmalade will be enjoyed for breakfast on buttered toast, or with homemade whole milk yogurt.
