Organic pink peppercorns

Pink pepper (Schinus berry) is the berry of the Brazilian pepper tree. Appreciated for its attractive appearance, its scent and aroma, which unfolds when the berries are crushed, is floral-sweet with a peppery aftertaste and is slightly reminiscent of juniper berries. A savory seasoning ingredient, but should not be used like real pepper, but used sparingly. Harmonizes well in Mediterranean dishes, in delicate sauces, in salads and very refined with desserts such as ice cream or chocolate pudding.
