Our Diced Apricots are an 8mmx8mm dice, perfect for baking or muesli topping. There are two main types of dried apricots and you mainly see the bright orange dried fruit, these have been treated with sulphur during drying to keep the original colour. But the best dried apricots are the natural, organic dark brown fruit. The brown colour shows that the fruit has been allowed to dry in the sun naturally with no chemicals added.
